Job Description:
- Respond customer questions and complaints that go through walk-in, phone, and/or email
- Contact the customer to confirm cancellation policy, withdrawal, Free look and acceptance policy book.
Job Requirement:
- D3 (diploma) / S1 (bachelor degree) from Administration, Communication, Nurse, or Economics, or related background
- 3+ years in as Customer Service, has experience in Insurance Industries will be advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent english both speaking and writing
- Have a good communication and well mannered to customer
- Understanding of the business process and life insurance product
